Confidence. Today I want to talk to you about how to build confidence everyday and the secret to self-confidence. If there is one thing I’ve learned in life it’s that the things that we chose to think about and focus on always has a way of presenting itself in life. What we think about comes about and what we focus on grows.
The challenge that many people face when it comes to building confidence is that they focus more on their past failures, negative experiences, insecurities, guilt, shame, grief, fears, and self-doubts MORE than they should. This can lead to many problems including depression, anxiety, and self-hatred.
The truth is most people in society live in the past and are sleeping when it comes to really understanding who they really are at a DEEPER level.
This idea is supported by research that suggests that whatever we give our attention to—wanted or unwanted—grows. The rest of the confidence equation is about developing disciplines that challenge you every day. Building confidence is a lifelong process of personal development.
People fail to realize that confidence is a skill that can be developed, it’s an inner game that you play with yourself, and to the degree to which you experience it is entirely in your control.
Want to learn how to build confidence every day? Here’s the secret to self-confidence. It’s easier than you think.

The secret to self-confidence comes from the discipline which is training. So, confidence comes from challenging yourself every day to do better. Here’s where the problem lies. As human beings, we are hardwired to follow the path of least resistance. Yet, it is resistance training that builds both physical and psychological strength.
This is also supported by research that shows “confidence” comes from the Latin “fidere” meaning to “trust fully”. So being self-confident simply means that you can trust yourself fully. Even when things are uncertain, you can feel comfortable with that uncertainty.”
If you want to be successful in life and reach your goals then you must learn to align yourself with your (Ideas, words, and actions). If you are unaligned in any way, then it becomes pretty hard to believe yourself and it’s even harder to build real core confidence in yourself.
Learn to work on yourself every day. Challenge yourself, wake up every day and ask yourself, “What do I want to do today to challenge myself?” “How can I prove back to myself that I can accomplish what I said I was going to accomplish?”
Doing this will raise your awareness and will allow you to train your mind to continually look for areas to challenge yourself and build the confidence you so desire in life.
The truth is HARD to accept my friend. But the truth is also the cure. If you want to truly build self-confidence every day then it is important to challenge yourself every day. The best way to do that is to be completely honest with yourself.
We all need to challenge ourselves to improve ourselves every day. If you are the same person this week as you were last week then there is no growth or personal transformation in your life. You are living as the same person you were last week.
Building confidence is about forward-progress, it’s about self-control and learning how to trust yourself. Because in the end, if you are lying, you are lying to yourself and you don’t truly believe yourself and you subconsciously know you don’t.

If you want to make positive changes in your life and achieve your goals, there is no better way to do it than to learn how to become more self-disciplined.
Many people don’t discipline themselves because they allow their lack of self-confidence to immobilize them. If that’s you, then decide to confront that fear, challenge yourself every day and create systematic breakthroughs.
Decide to develop a stronger sense of self-respect and you’ll start to develop a stronger sense of self-confidence.
The key is to focus on the benefits of following through, focus on the benefits of how you’ll feel having more confidence. Write the benefits down and then focus on them. Focus on the benefits, not the fears.
If you do this, you’ll start to develop a sense of strong self-respect and self-worth because you’re living your life on purpose instead of life just affecting you.
Building confidence is a choice that we have to make every day. It’s okay to acknowledge your fears, but don’t get trapped focusing on them, acknowledge them and then get into action.
Create a breakthrough routine, something that challenges you every day.
When you commit to disciplining yourself, you’ll start to form healthy habits that will shift your mindset from one of fear to one of courage, and courage will give you the reward of self-confidence, allowing you to build more confidence every day.
You owe it to yourself to do something differently.
Want to learn how to build confidence every day? Here’s the secret to self-confidence. Make the decision to challenge yourself NOW! Focus on disciplining yourself and following through, do it, feel it, and live it.
